Junior Anglers Tournament<br />
Prizes awarded in 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Places in all categories With<br />
Prize for Overall Junior Angler (based on Points)<br />
Entry Fee - $10 per person<br />
1. Junior Angler Tournament open to all Junior Anglers age 15 & under as of August 11, <strong>2018</strong>.<br />
2. All participants in the Junior Angler Tournament must purchase a separate Junior Angler ticket.<br />
3. Participants in the Junior Angler tournament desiring to enter fish in the overall rodeo<br />
must also have a standard <strong>Rodeo</strong> Ticket.<br />
4. In the event of a tie, the first fish weighed in will be determined the winner.<br />
5. All entrants’ fish must be caught on hook and line.<br />
6. Categories for Junior Angler Tournament are as follows:<br />
Croaker - Flounder - Gafftopsail Catfish - Ground Mullet<br />
Speckled Trout - Hardhead Catfish - Sheepshead - White Trout<br />
Redfish - Pinfish<br />
7. Overall Junior Angler will be determined on a points system similar to that of Master Angler,<br />
and Lady Angler. (3 points will be awarded for 1st place, 2 for 2nd, and 1 for 3rd)<br />
8. In the event of a tie in the total points awarded for Overall Junior Angler, the winner will be<br />
determined by the angler with the highest cumulative total weight of fish, for which points have<br />
been awarded.<br />
9. Official Weigh Station is at Dauphin Island Marina. Weigh-in Times are the same as the<br />
C.C.M.G.F.R.<br />
10. All rules for the <strong>Conde</strong> <strong>Cavalier</strong> Mardi Gras <strong>Fishing</strong> <strong>Rodeo</strong> also apply.<br />
