At Mack Services, we work to proactively
recognize commercial and contractual
issues, develop a case for our clients, then
actively pursue, negotiate and resolve them
on mutually agreeable terms. If this cannot
be achieved we use our unique approach
to dispute resolution, working in harmony
with our JV legal firm through cost-effective
Arbitration or Litigation, We believe that this
approach will enable far more of our clients
to have the courage to enter in disputes
where they clearly have a case.
