Proponiamo un assortimento completo di accessori originali e di elevata qualità, mantenendo i nostri prezzi ad un livello competitivo. Vantiamo un’ampia clientela a livello mondiale, in quanto siamo riusciti a conquistare una nicchia di mercato nella quale il Made in Italy è una prerogativa, sinonimo di qualità, design e innovazione. Creatività e flessibilità sono le nostre parole chiave, in quanto siamo in grado di rispondere alle esigenze della clientela, offrendo un servizio di progettazione personalizzata e di adattamento del processo di lavorazione alle loro richieste. Possiamo sviluppare progetti e modelli tridimensionali, tramite l’uso della prototipazione rapida, per poter valutare concretamente gli aspetti estetico-funzionali del nuovo prodotto. Il nostro magazzino viene gestito Just in Time, garantendo una più efficiente programmazione del lavoro, una riduzione del Lead time e un conseguente aumento della qualità del servizio al cliente. Inoltre la metodologia FIFO che adottiamo garantisce una totale rinnovabilità del magazzino. Essendo certificati UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, garantiamo un controllo qualità in tutte le fasi di lavorazione, dalla progettazione alla vendita. In particolare ogni singolo lotto di produzione viene monitorato dall’inizio alla fine, anche per mezzo di statistiche che permettono di analizzare il ciclo produttivo in tempo reale. THE COMPANY From 1979 we are involved in design and production of thermoplastic components for leather goods, sportswear, stationery, infancy, marine, medical and military sectors. Our label offers a complete range of original and high quality accessories, keeping prices at a competitive level. We boast a worldwide clientele, as we have carved out a niche, in which Made in Italy is a prerogative, synonymous of quality, design and innovation. Creativity and flexibility are our key words, as we are able to answer to the clientele demand, offering a personalized project and being able to adapt the producing process to their needs. We are able to develop a 3D project and to create prototypes that allow an effective evaluation of the aestheticfunctional aspects of the new product. Our warehouse is managed Just in time, assuring a more efficient work planning, lead time reduction and, as a consequence, a substantial improvement of customer service. Moreover, the FIFO method used guarantee a complete stock renewability. Being certified UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 we guarantee a quality control in all working phases, from design till sales. In particular, every batch is supervised from the beginning to the end of the production process, using statistics that allow to analyze the production cycle in real time. 2
