Day 1 Arrive Venice (D)
Time to rest or start exploring Venice, the Lagoon
City. At 6:00 p.m. meet the Buongiorno Italia Tour
Director at hotel lobby for a first briefing of your
Italian Tour.
Then, head off for a special welcome dinner with
wine at one of Venice’s lively restaurants.
Overnight Venice.
Day 2 Venice (B)
Breakfast in hotel. This morning go meet your
local guide for a walking tour of Venice.
The highlights of the tour are St. Mark’s Square
and the byzantine basilica, lavish Doge’s Palace
and Bridge of Sighs. You will also learn more
about glassblowing by watching a demonstration
in age-old traditional manner.
The afternoon is free at your leisure.
Optional: You might want to try a Gondola serenade
ride through Venice’s canals, or enjoy a boat
excursion to the Islands of the Lagoon...
Free evening and dinner. Overnight Venice.
Day 3 Venice - Florence (B)
Breakfast in hotel. This morning depart to
Florence, “Cradle of the Renaissance”. Check in
to your hotel and then go and meet your local
guide for a walking tour. You’ll visit the Academy
Gallery with Michelangelo’s David, you’ll admire
the magnificent Cathedral, Giotto’s Bell Tower, the
Baptistery’s heavy bronze “Gate of Paradise”.
Overnight Florence.
Day 4 Florence (B)
Breakfast in hotel. Today enjoy a day at leisure.
Optional: Pisa is not far from here, you may want
to go and visit it’s famous Piazza dei Miracoli and
its incredibly Leaning Tower! Or, maybe you would
like to improve your culinary skills and sign up for
an Italian cooking lesson? Or again, you haven’t
had enough of arts yet, and you’re dying to visit
the Uffizi Art Gallery?

Day 5 Florence - Rome (B)
Breakfast in hotel. This morning depart to Rome,
the Eternal City. Upon arrival, check in to your
hotel, and then go and meet your local guide for
a sightseeing tour. There’s so much to see and do
in Rome! You will have a tour of Ancient Rome,
with the Colosseum, Roman Forum, the Arch of
Constantine. See and experience the great history
of this city, evident in every monument, street or
building... Free evening and overnight Rome.
Day 6 Rome (B,D)
Breakfast in hotel. In the morning, you’ll be visiting
the Vatican City, the official residence of the Pope,
with the Vatican Museum and the Sistine Chapel.
Its fame rests on its architecture, which evokes
Solomon’s Temple of the Old Testament, its
decoration, frescoed throughout by the greatest
Renaissance artists, including Michelangelo
whose ceiling is legendary. The afternoon is at
your leisure, to explore more of this beautiful city
independently.
Optional: Baroque Rome walking tour.
Tonight, farewell dinner in an authentic quarter of
Rome: Trastevere! Enjoy a typical Roman dinner
and then have a walk through this lively area.

RESERVATIOn cOnFIRMATIOn
All reservations are on a “on request basis” and
subject to availability, unless otherwise specified.
When you place a reservation we will require
a credit card for guarantee and we will not
charge it until the booking is confirmed.
DEPOSIT & FInAL PAYMEnT
A non-refundable, non-transferable 20% deposit
of the total amount is required for Malatesta
Viaggi to reserve space for you. Your booking
is not confirmed and payment is not deemed
made until the deposit is received by Malatesta
Viaggi and you receive a confirmation invoice.
Malatesta Viaggi accepts certified cheques,
bank wire transfers, Visa, MasterCard and
American Express. Your reservation will be automatically
cancelled if deposit is not received
by Malatesta Viaggi by the deposit due date.
Payment of the deposit indicates you have read
and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Final
payment is due 45 days prior to commencement
of services. If final payment is not received
by the due date, your reservation will be
cancelled and your full deposit will be retained
by Malatesta Viaggi.
Malatesta Viaggi is not responsible for cancelled
reservations in the event payment is not
received by the final payment date. Payment
in full is required at time of booking for reservations
made within the final payment date of
your vacation.
cAncELLATIOnS & cAncELLATIOn FEES
If cancellation is received by Malatesta Viaggi
before the final payment date of your vacation,
your non-refundable deposit will be retained.
Cancellation Fees:
• 45-22 days prior to commencement of services:
30% of total price
• 21-8 days prior to commencement of services:
50% of total price
• 7-1 days prior to commencement of services:
75% of total prices
• On departure date and later: 100% of total
price.
cHAnGES AFTER DEPOSIT
A fee of € 30 per transaction plus any expenses
imposed by suppliers will be charged for any
alteration or revision made to a reservation.
A change of vacation date or itinerary within final
payment will be treated as a full cancellation
and new reservation; vacation cancellation fees
(as above) apply.
PRIcES
All prices are per person, expressed in Euro,
and do not include airfare. Rates include V.A.T,
as well as tourist tax (V.A.T. and taxes in force at
the moment of the brochure-printing.
In case of tax increase published rates are
subject to adjustment).
VISAS AnD PASSPORTS
You are responsible for obtaining and paying for
all visas and entry documents, for meeting all

health and other requirements, and for any documents
required by the laws, regulations, orders,
and/or requirements of the countries you
will visit. Malatesta Viaggi is not responsible for
providing you with specific visa and passport
information or documentation, and Malatesta
Viaggi cannot accept liability for any passenger
refused entry onto any transport or into any
country due to failure of the passenger to carry
correct documentation.
HOTEL AccOMMODATIOn
Will be provided in accordance with the itinerary
or similar. Malatesta Viaggi reserves the right
to make substitutions with hotels of equal or
superior standard. No refunds are provided for
hotel changes. All rooms are standard rooms
with private facilities, unless you have specifically
requested and paid for an upgraded room
category. Special requests such as bed types
are based on availability. Room selection in all
cases, unless otherwise reserved, is strictly at
the discretion of the hotel’s management.
Triple rooms consist of standard twin/queen
bed plus sofa/folding bed or cot for third person.
The number of persons accommodated
does not dictate the room size. Hotel checkin
time is generally not before 2:00 p.m. and
check-out time is prior to noon.
LUGGAGE
Porterage for one suitcase is included at all the
hotels. Airport/train station porterage is not included:
please be prepared to carry your own
suitcase on and off airplanes and trains and
through airports and train stations.
MEALS
As specified on each itinerary. Meals are based
on the hotel’s or restaurant’s buffet or set
menu. In general, beverages are not included,
unless specifically stated. Sometimes meals
could be included in local restaurants: this will
be noted on the reservation.
nOn-OPERATIOn OF EScORTED TOUR
Escorted tour packages are based upon a minimum
number of 10 participants. Cancellation
of any tour for lack of participants will be advised
at least 30 days prior to the tour’s departure,
and all money will be refunded. Malatesta
Viaggi will not be held responsible for any costs
relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of
airline tickets or visa fees.
TRAVEL DOcUMEnTS
Will be sent electronically. Will be sent via email
21 days prior to departure, provided that
due payment is received.
REFUnDS
Please note that any request for refunds is
subject to these Terms & Conditions; no refund
will be made for unused services of less
than 48 consecutive hours, for unused transportation
where group activity tickets are
involved or for voluntary modifications made
by the traveler.

After returning from your vacation, if you wish
to inquire about any services provided, please
ensure that all correspondence relating to those
services is received by Malatesta Viaggi. Any
complaint or claim involving the vacation services
offered in this brochure must be notified to
Malatesta Viaggi within 10 working days of the
vacation completion.
HOLIDAYS
During local or national holidays or special
events, on Sundays, and religious occasions,
certain facilities such as museums, churches,
restaurants, sightseeing tours, and shopping
may be limited or not available. Alternatives will
be offered whenever possible. Malatesta Viaggi
cannot be held responsible for any closures or
curtails for any reason.
TRAVEL cOnTRAcTS AnD RESPOnSIBILITY
Travel Contracts are governed by specific international
agreements, particularly by the Brussels
Convention of 23 April 1970 relative to Travel
Contracts (CCV), by Legislative Decree (D.
Leg.) no. 79 of 23 May 2011 “Tourism Code”,
by the situations provided for in the Italian Civil
Code, by Italian Regional Law (L.R.) no. 7 of
31/03/2003 and by other rules of internal law.
Responsibility towards Clients shall not exceed
the limits provided for by the afore-mentioned
Laws and Conventions.
SERVIcE InSURAncE GUARAnTEE FUnD
To guarantee the scrupulous fulfillment of the
obligations assumed vis-à-vis the Client, Malatesta
Viaggi has stipulated an insurance policy
with UGF Assicurazioni S.p.A. – Divisione NA-
VALE Policy no. 4176148/N. It is also declared
that a national guarantee fund has been set up
at the Ministry of Productive Activities to allow
the Organizer, in the event of insolvency or
bankruptcy, to ensure the reimbursement and
repatriation of the Client in the case of travel
abroad. The methods of intervention of the fund
are established through a Decree of the Minister
of Productive Activities, together with the
Minister of Economy and Finance.
ARBITRATIOn
For any dispute or controversy, the Forum of
Rimini will be the deciding body.
cOnSEnT TO PROcESSInG OF PERSOnAL
DATA
All personal data will be processed according to
the provisions laid down in D.Leg. 196/2003 and
used exclusively for the fulfilling of the formalities
required to make the booking. Clients have the
right to change, add to and request cancellation of
the personnel data supplied by them.
MANDATORY COMMUNICATION UNDER THE TERMS OF
ART.17 OF ITALIAN LAW No. 38 of 06/02/06: THE ITA-
LIAN LAW PUNISHES WITH IMPRISONMENT CRIMES
INVOLVING PROSTITUTION AND CHILD PORNOGRAPHY,
EVEN IF COMMITTED ABROAD.
