Sarà poi necessario portarlo alla ASL per sapere quale percentuale di rimborso si potrà ricevere (in molte regioni viene corrisposta una somma pari all’80% della tariffa fissata a livello nazionale a coloro che sono i possesso di un’autorizzazione preventiva). La ASL deve rilasciare un’autorizzazione; •• •• •• •• se si va in vacanza all’estero conviene inoltre avere con sé una relazione clinica tradotta in inglese, portarsi dietro la terapia consueta e la documentazione sull’invalidità, la tessera sanitaria, il tesserino sanitario regionale di cartone e la tessera di esenzione dal ticket.
