Utahloy International School Zengcheng - Day and Boarding School

Recently there has been a dispute between the local government and local farmers. The
farmers have placed themselves at the 3 access points of the land development site; one
of these access points has impacted on the UISZ school entrance.
Meetings have been held this week in order to resolve the issue. We have been in contact
with the local farmers throughout this dispute. They do not want to impact on the school
and are not in dispute with UISZ. The school has been working with the police and local
government, both of which have assured UISZ of its safety and security. At this time we are
not anticipating any further action.

Operational Site
The master layout plan below illustrates our updated operational site, as well as the
planned residential community, and new school campus and gardens. You will see
changes to the replacement of the soccer fields, swimming pool and main entrance area.
