As the craze for Italian-inspired cocktails continues to grow in the UK and globally,<br />

our Mixology Academy has explored the evolution of Italian cocktails in a series of<br />

masterclasses with bartenders from the top restaurants and cocktail bar in <strong>London</strong><br />

and beyond. From bitter aperitifs to elegant creations inspired by forgotten recipes,<br />

<strong>Bellavita</strong> Expo’s mixologists have reinterpreted the past in a completely modern way<br />

with a focus on simplicity and food pairing.<br />

Mixology Academy was a real success,<br />

with fantastic masterclasses hold by<br />

some of the leading mixologists in the<br />

industry. I was extremely impressed by<br />

the quality of all the products I found<br />

at the show and pleased to find out<br />

that Italian spirits are always highly<br />

requested in the UK.<br />

I’ve been really surprised by the exceptional<br />

variety and quality of the products at the<br />

show. I was particularly impressed by Villa<br />

Sandi Prosecco “Il Fresco” for its versatility,<br />

Fontanafredda Barolo Chinato “Le Righe”,<br />

really unique and intense and finally the<br />

extraordinary Poretti beer n4, which I used<br />

in my last drink “La Partenope”, perfect for<br />

summer! I took part in many expos but<br />

<strong>Bellavita</strong> really blown my mind up!<br />
