Declaration<br />
Considering the findings and insights obtained during the audit <strong>of</strong> the annual<br />
accounts with respect to the company and its environment, no significant inaccurate<br />
information was found in the management report.<br />
Additional information under Article 10 EU-REG<br />
We were elected as auditors in the general meeting on 30 November 2016. We<br />
were instructed by the Supervisory Board on 20 December 2016. We have been<br />
acting as auditors without interruption since the 2014/15 fiscal year.<br />
We declare that the audit opinion contained in the section “<strong>Report</strong> on the annual<br />
accounts” corresponds with the additional report to the Supervisory Board under<br />
Article 11 <strong>of</strong> EU-REG.<br />
We declare that we have not provided any services other than auditing services<br />
and that in carrying out the audit we have maintained our independence from the<br />
company.<br />
We have provided the following services not indicated in the annual accounts or in<br />
the management report in addition to the year-end audit for the group companies:<br />
Audit <strong>of</strong> the separate annual accounts and <strong>of</strong> the consolidated annual accounts <strong>of</strong><br />
