Technology <strong>of</strong> growing grain-crops<br />

Now the wide spectrum <strong>of</strong> plants growth-regulating preparations <strong>of</strong> biological and synthetic<br />

origin appeared in the agrarian market <strong>of</strong> Ukraine. However, efficiency <strong>of</strong> their applications in<br />

growing <strong>of</strong> grain-crops remains weakly studied. In publicity aims, <strong>of</strong>ten companies-producers<br />

not always give objective and reliable information about application <strong>of</strong> such preparations in<br />

concrete soil-climatic conditions and not take into account the features <strong>of</strong> growing <strong>of</strong> separate<br />

agricultural plants.<br />

In the Institute <strong>of</strong> Agriculture Crimea <strong>of</strong> National Academy <strong>of</strong> Agriculture Sciences <strong>of</strong><br />

Ukraine efficiency <strong>of</strong> the pre-sowing treatment <strong>of</strong> grain-crops seeds by the different <strong>of</strong> plant<br />

growth-regulating preparations (such as Mars, Agate-25K and so on) was studied in the field<br />

experiments in the zone <strong>of</strong> Steppe <strong>of</strong> Ukraine during 4 years (2007-2010). It is established,<br />

that this agrotechnological method allows to increase the productivity <strong>of</strong> winter wheat by<br />

0.23-0.29 t.ha -1 , the net income by 28.2-37.5 $/ha at recoupment <strong>of</strong> expenses - 0.4-0.5 $. The<br />

application this preparations on a winter barley allows to increase the seeds productivity by<br />

0.24-0.34 t.ha -1 , the net income by 24.6-38.1 $/ha at recoupment <strong>of</strong> expenses – 0.2-0.4 $.<br />
