Fit Kids (8-13 Years)
Fit can look a lot of different ways. What's more important is developing healthy habits from a young age. In this
10-week program, we teach kids about healthy living habits that will stick with them for life. Goals will be set and
progress tracked. Whether it's to improve your mile time or learning how to make exercise fun, this program will
build confidence and promote a healthy lifestyle.
Kids Yoga (Grades 1-5)
Kids Yoga is all about having fun while strengthening a child’s body and mind. Children engage in yoga games,
music, imagination, while learning breathing techniques, balancing poses, and meditation practices to gain a
deeper understanding of the physical and physiological aspects of Yoga. Yoga helps kids manage stress better and
improve their self-confidence. If possible, children need to bring a yoga mat with their name on it.
