Program Mission:
The object of the corporation is to found and maintain an institution for the protection and training of boys,
wherein they may receive a proper education and be instructed in useful arts and handicrafts. To the extent
of its capacity and resources, the said institution shall be open at all times for admission of boys who may
stand in need of protection and training. No boy shall be excluded from the institution, nor shall any inmate
thereof be discriminated against, on account of race, color, or creed.
