Grooving cutter, water slot
Application:
Router cutters for grooving plastic and aluminium profiles. Specially
designed for the production of the drain groove in window profiles.
Machine:
CNC machining centres, extruded component machining centres, special cutting
machines with cutter spindles for shank tools.
Workpiece material:
Plastic profiles, Plastomeres, compound materials, aluminium profiles, non-ferrous
metals.
Technical information:
HS-solid. Spiral edges for quieter running. Ground on edge prevents lifting the
work pieces. Recessed flute for larger working depths in various infeeds.
