Flexible working is a way of working that suits you, for example it might<br />
be having flexible start and finish times or working from home or a<br />
combination of the two. You may have childcare or caring commitments<br />
or you just don’t want to miss your child sports day.<br />
We want to be flexible too!<br />
Clearly certain roles would not be suitable for flexible working. If you<br />
need to be supervised, if there is a security risk over the data that you<br />
use, or your role is just not suitable it may not be possible.<br />
We already have a number of you who work flexibly. Why not ask your<br />
manager to see what we can do for you.<br />
