CEO lunches<br />
Every 2-3 months, I will have lunch with<br />
5-6 employees from different areas.<br />
We will get to know each other on a<br />
personal level, raise issues, offer and<br />
exchange ideas and begin forging new<br />
relationships.<br />
You will have the opportunity to ask me<br />
any questions you have and I will share<br />
with the business any actions or<br />
projects we decide upon.<br />
All on a straight-forward basis.<br />
