1854 4a Blue & Red, 3rd Printing, head Die III & frame Die I, four singles from positions<br />
9-12 of the closely-spaced 3rd printing, all cut square and neatly tied by diamond of dots<br />
on folded cover from Akyab, Burma to Amsterdam, Netherlands.<br />
The 16 annas paid double the steamship rate via Marseille; the "21" decimes was applied<br />
in Marseille and paid the French internal rate & the "200" represented the total amount the<br />
recipient had to pay in Dutch cents upon delivery. A stunning exhibition showpiece<br />
