With spicy dark fruits aromas, this simple<br />
enjoyable wine is made from 50% Merlot,<br />
40% Zinfandel and 10% Petite Sirah. The<br />
grapes were fermented in rotary fermenters,<br />
allowing colour and tannin extraction at low<br />
temperature. It was aged with French oak for<br />
two months.<br />
