Mesh Rogers Pro Sport 8-6-8 50/200mm Panel. Having a Double Wire mesh aperture
of 200 x 50mm for the full height of 1230mm, Incorporating 8mm Double horizontal
wires, and 6mm vertical wires. Panel to be no greater than 2.5m wide for increased
rigidity. Panel must to be of a flat profile with no folded beams to stop irregular ball

hydraulic tool. Posts to be fitted with 60x60mm RFS Top Rail angle bracket.
60x60x2mm HOT DIPPED GALVANISED RHS Top Rail to be securely fixed to Top Rail
angle brackets on post using M8 safe security anti-vandal stainless steel bolts. Top Rail
to be fitted with M8 threaded inserts, to allow Panel to be securely fixed for increased
rigidity.
Fixings Double Wire Sports Panel to be securely fixed to posts using 45mm Stainless Steel
Caltec clip with M8 safe security anti-vandal, anti-vibration stainless steel bolts.
All Fixtures and fastenings to be adequately secured against loosening from vibration.
Installation Set out and erect fencing in straight lines as shown on drawings, with tops of posts
following profile of the ground, with posts set rigid, plumb and to specified depth, or
greater where necessary to ensure adequate support. With correct fastenings and all

The intergrated rebound section of the panel gives incredible ball rebound, aiding in

50 x 66 mm REBOUND Mesh

The Pro Sport Rebound system has been specially
developed as the new age alternative to wooden rebound
boards.
Manufactured using Double Horizontal 6mm wires (duo6)
or 8mm wires (duo8), the lower 1.2m of the panel has a
50x66mm mesh aperture.
This robust mesh pattern acts like a wooden rebound
in terms of quality, but offers numerous advantages over
the wooden boards.
The remainder of the panel has a mesh aperture of
200x50mm providing excellent see through visibility and
highest quality resistance to vandalism and virtually
eliminates ball damage.

Posts Corner Straining Posts / Lighting Columns to be 120x120x6mm RHS Posts set in concrete bases
1000x1000x1400mm deep completely filled with 30N concrete. Corner Straining posts to act as an intergral
lighting column, with lighting bracket to be fixed 2.0m above netting, at 8.0m high overall.
Posts to be securely braced from top of netting to stay receiving post, using 80x80x3mm RHS, returning
back into Straining post using 80x40x3mm RHS.
Net Line posts 80x80x3mm RHS standing 6.0m high from ground level to be evenly distributed along total
fence line, at 10.12m centre’s.
Posts set in concrete bases 1000x750x1300mm deep completely filled with 30N concrete
Standard line posts to be 80x80x3 mm RHS. Posts set in concrete bases 450x450x1000mm deep
completely filled with 20N concrete at centres no greater than 2500mm.
External Roof Net Support posts to be 80x80x3mm RHS to be minimum 1200mm behind fence line, set into

Pro Sport 358 Multi Mesh
Rogers Pro-sport 358 Multi-Mesh has a very sophisticated mesh pattern and
a ball retention system that is specially designed for Heavy Sports Treatment.
The multi-mesh system is capable of standing up to the most intensive
multi-use games, including football, Hurling, Basketball and Hockey.
Additional cross rails are available to give
lateral reinforcement for Maximum
resistance to Heavy Impact.

Rogers Pro-Sport 358 Multi Mesh is ideally suited for all Multi Use Games
Area applications.
Having an aperture that has an excellent rebound quality for soccer, and
a design that compliments all sporting applications where strength and
durability is key. Ideal for Hockey, Hurling , Cricket and general multi use
games.
Additional cross rails can be added in areas with intensive high impact to
give lateral reinforcement. The high density wire aperture used in the
bottom third of the panel can be used for total fence height at Goal
Areas. This gives maximum resistance to high impact in these area’s.

Fixings: All to be RFS Stainless steel - Anti Tamper / Anti
Vibration. All fixings to have rubber shock absorbers
to eliminate system noise.
Hidden fixing system incorporated into design to ensure
complete vandal resistance
Rebound Rails : Rogers Pro Sport Specially profiled 100x30mm high Impact Aluminium Rebound rails .Securely fixed to post system with
hidden fixing / tamper proof design. High Impact Aluminium runners with rounded safety edges completely maintenance free and can
be polyester Powder coated to client choice . This creates MAXIMUM life system expectancy. No physical failure in structure through
wear and tear unlike wooden systems that are known to deform , break down ; cause splinters etc raising serious health & Safety issues.
The specially profiled design aids in Ball Play. Anti Vibration rubber shock absorbers to be used in conjunction with the fixings to reduce
noise.
Top Rail : Specially profiled Aluminium Top Hand Rail - 100x30 mm with
rounded edges. Hand Rail designed with Rogers Pro Sport spigot jointed
system to eliminate all sharp edges , with tamper proof / hidden fixings to
create maximum safety.
High Impact profile aides in Ball Play and offers maximum life Span.
Aluminium High Impact Rails can be polyester Powder Coated
Brown , with Green posts to simulate Wooden appearance.
Standard Heights 900mm with 4 no Rails ; or optional
1000mm with 5 no Rebound Rails.
