MOTION TO ADMIT COUNSEL<br />
PRO HAC VICE<br />
1. I am an attorney admitted to practice in the <strong>State</strong> <strong>of</strong> Washington and I seek pro<br />
hac vice admission in accordance with UTCR 3.170 in the above-captioned administrative<br />
proceeding.<br />
2. I am an attorney in good standing in the <strong>State</strong> <strong>of</strong> Washington, as evidenced by the<br />
certificate <strong>of</strong> good standing issued by the <strong>State</strong> <strong>of</strong> Washington, which wil be submitted<br />
separately to the Commission, and am not subject to any pending disciplinary proceedings in any<br />
jurisdiction.<br />
3. I intend to associate in the above-referenced proceeding with Rob Roy Smith,<br />
OSB No. 00393, an active member in good standing <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Oregon</strong> <strong>State</strong> Bar, who has and will<br />
continue to paricipate meaningfully in this matter.<br />
4. In this proceeding, I intend to represent the Hoopa Valley Tribe, a federally<br />
recognized, sovereign Indian nation, a governental entity.<br />
5. I will comply with applicable statutes, laws, and procedural rules <strong>of</strong> the <strong>State</strong> <strong>of</strong><br />
<strong>Oregon</strong>; be familiar with and comply with disciplinary rules <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Oregon</strong> <strong>State</strong> Bar; and submit
