MOTION TO ADMIT COUNSEL
PRO HAC VICE
1. I am an attorney admitted to practice in the State of Washington and I seek pro
hac vice admission in accordance with UTCR 3.170 in the above-captioned administrative
proceeding.
2. I am an attorney in good standing in the State of Washington, as evidenced by the
certificate of good standing issued by the State of Washington, which wil be submitted
separately to the Commission, and am not subject to any pending disciplinary proceedings in any
jurisdiction.
3. I intend to associate in the above-referenced proceeding with Rob Roy Smith,
OSB No. 00393, an active member in good standing of the Oregon State Bar, who has and will
continue to paricipate meaningfully in this matter.
4. In this proceeding, I intend to represent the Hoopa Valley Tribe, a federally
recognized, sovereign Indian nation, a governental entity.
