I am an attorney admitted to practice in the State of Washington and I seek pro hac vice admission in accordance with UTCR 3.170 in the above-captioned administrative proceeding. 2. I am an attorney in good standing in the State of Washington, as evidenced by the certificate of good standing issued by the State of Washington, which wil be submitted separately to the Commission, and am not subject to any pending disciplinary proceedings in any jurisdiction. 3. I intend to associate in the above-referenced proceeding with Rob Roy Smith, OSB No. 00393, an active member in good standing of the Oregon State Bar, who has and will continue to paricipate meaningfully in this matter. 4. In this proceeding, I intend to represent the Hoopa Valley Tribe, a federally recognized, sovereign Indian nation, a governental entity. 5. I will comply with applicable statutes, laws, and procedural rules of the State of Oregon; be familiar with and comply with disciplinary rules of the Oregon State Bar; and submit
to the jurisdiction of the Oregon courts and Oregon State Bar with respect to acts and omissions during my pro hac vice admission. 6.
