KDM Realty Ltd, is a real estate development, investment and management firm located at # 1<br />

Tobago Road, Montrose, Chaguanas. The company was founded on June 23rd 2003 in Trinidad and<br />

Tobago. At the present time the company’s portfolio includes Apartment Buildings, Commercial buildings,<br />

Residential Homes and Land Development Projects.<br />

Our company will align its private and investor capital to aggressively pursue urban and rural Real<br />

estate and Land Development. As a developer and manager of residential and commercial properties, the<br />

company has successfully been able to provide investors with above average returns due to our keen insight<br />

about the local market.<br />

We apply our knowledge of the market and existing trends to identify, acquire and develop real estate<br />

in areas that have substantial upside appreciation potential. We take pride in our ability to locate and acquire<br />

economically sound, high-yield investment and development properties. Typically, the company seeks situations<br />

where it can apply its entrepreneurial expertise and value added approach.<br />

The company relies upon its principals to identify new markets and undervalued assets. It also leverages<br />

its public and private sector relationships to enrich the communities in which it invests.

An HSE consultant oversees all our projects. Safety audits are conducted on all equipment and job<br />

sites to identify and remedy any potential hazards. Safety is of utmost importance and is the key<br />
