1. Empty the refrigera<strong>to</strong>r<br />
Take out all food, check the expiration<br />
dates and throw away all expired things<br />
and outdated lef<strong>to</strong>vers.<br />
2. Remove shelves and<br />
drawers<br />
Soak them in water and dishwashing<br />
liquid <strong>for</strong> 5 <strong>minutes</strong>. If needed scrub them<br />
with paste of baking soda and warm<br />
water. Rinse and dry.<br />
3. Wipe down the inside<br />
Use a mixture of dishwashing liquid and<br />
warm water <strong>to</strong> wipe. For stubborn stains<br />
you can use the same baking soda<br />
paste as above.<br />
4. Clean the gasket<br />
Mix 1/2 cup white vinegar with 1/2 cup<br />
warm water and wipe down the gasket.<br />
Dry it with <strong>clean</strong> cloth.<br />
5. Organise the food<br />
Wipe off all jars, containers, bottles and<br />
bring them back in the refrigera<strong>to</strong>r.<br />
6. Clean the outside<br />
Use all purpose kitchen <strong>clean</strong>er <strong>to</strong> <strong>clean</strong><br />
the door, sides and the <strong>to</strong>p of the<br />
refrigera<strong>to</strong>r. Turn it off and use coil<br />
brush or dust attachment of <strong>your</strong><br />
vacuum <strong>clean</strong>er <strong>to</strong> <strong>clean</strong> the condenser<br />
coils and fan blade. Switch on and you<br />
