family!<br />

• Poonja Gokuldas Meghji was Quaid’s<br />

grandfa<strong>the</strong>r. Quaid-e-Azam’s dad Poonja<br />

<strong>Jinnah</strong> got married <strong>to</strong> Mithibai <strong>Jinnah</strong>. And<br />

<strong>the</strong>y had 6 children and Quaid-e-Azam.<br />

<strong>Jinnah</strong>’s married life:<br />

<strong>Muhammad</strong> <strong>Ali</strong> <strong>Jinnah</strong> had two wives. The first wife was Emibai <strong>Jinnah</strong>, she was<br />

<strong>Jinnah</strong>’s cousin & <strong>Jinnah</strong><br />

wasn’t ready t marry her but it was<br />

his mo<strong>the</strong>r’s will so he did it and it was considered as a forced marriage. After that<br />

<strong>Jinnah</strong> married Maryam <strong>Jinnah</strong> who was a Parsi and were <strong>know</strong>n as “Rattan Bai<br />

Petit”<br />

but she converted <strong>to</strong> Islam after she married <strong>to</strong> <strong>Jinnah</strong>.


Quaid’s children<br />

• Quaid had only daughter Dina Wadia.<br />

Dina was raised as a Muslim but she<br />

married a Parsi-born Indian Neville Wadia.<br />

And <strong>the</strong>n she changed her religion<br />

<strong>to</strong> Zoroastrian. After that, Quaid disowned<br />

her because <strong>of</strong> her marriage and <strong>the</strong>ir<br />

relationship became merely a formality.<br />

• After <strong>the</strong> death <strong>of</strong> Quaid-e-Azam, Dina<br />

only visited <strong>Pakistan</strong> once in 2004.

• Dina Wadia and Neville Wadia had <strong>the</strong><br />

only son Nusli Wadia. Nusli married <strong>to</strong><br />

Maureen Wadia.<br />

• Then <strong>the</strong>y had two sons; Ness Wadia and<br />

Jehangir Wadia. They all are settled in<br />

India now and <strong>know</strong>n as Indian. Alos<br />

<strong>the</strong>y’re very famous for <strong>the</strong>ir business and<br />

IPL. Ness Wadia also had a relationship<br />

with Preity Zinta.
