Sauna rules<br />
• Before using the sauna, the steam bath, the sanarium and the solarium, a<br />
thorough shower of the entire body is compulsory and a matter of course.<br />
• Please enter the sauna without your costume, preferably covered by a towel<br />
or sarong and use the towel to sit or lie on.<br />
• Try not to use the sauna with either a full or empty stomach. It is advisable<br />
to eat a piece of fruit or to have a light snack a couple of hours before using<br />
a sauna.<br />
• If you suffer from cardiovascular problems or blood-circulatory problems<br />
please seek your doctor’s advice before using the sauna.<br />
• Don’t force yourself to stay. As soon as you feel unwell, leave the sauna<br />
immediately. Your health is always the most important thing. A sauna bath<br />
takes between 8 and 12 minutes, 15 minutes maximum. After that time you<br />
should leave the sauna.<br />
• Altogether, you should not take more than 3 sauna baths.
