A S EQUIPMENT PVT LTD was formed in 1973 in Lucknow. The
present H.O. is at New Delhi where operations were started in
1984 to effectively cater to the requirement of the clients of
Western UP. It is headed by Mr. Surendar Thukral.
With his vision and drive, we have steadily expanded and made
our presence within the market of Air Compressors. As a
Company, we have upheld the values of commitment towards
our customer’s while steadily progressing with the times.

ABOUT US
A S EQUIPMENT PVT LTD is adequately staffed by a vast
employee network who are looking after the Sales and After- Sales
Services for its various products.
To assist our customers in the maintenance of their compressors
we have an After- Sales staff who are factory trained Service
Engineers, with adequate experience ranging from 10 years to 20
years, to help with any After- Sales Servicing at a customer site.

PISTON COMPRESSORS
Built with a dry sump design and unique suction through
crankcase design, this product meets the requirements of industries

ELECTRIC LUBRICATED SCREW
COMPRESSORS
ELGi’s EN Series screw compressors are designed to encapsulate
all functional components of the compressor within a common
housing. With a small footprint, high reliability and low
maintenance requirements, these compressors are ideal for
industrial applications where size, efficiency and cost matter.

ELECTRIC OIL-FREE SCREW
COMPRESSORS
ELGi’s oil free screw air compressors are one among the major
outcomes of ELGi’s expertise in manufacturing and marketing
of air compressors worldwide for the past 50 years. These
compressors are backed by emerging technology that conserves
natural resources and environment from pollution.

PORTABLE COMPRESSORS
ELGi portable compressors are available in single and two stage
models to meet a wide range of applications like jack hammers,
rock drills, impact wrenches, chipping tools and sand blasting.

RAILWAY COMPRESSORS
These compressors are used in conventional loco model WAP4,
WAG5 and WAG7 locomotives manufactured by Chittaranjan
Locomotives Works, Chittaranjan and BHEL, Jhansi.
Unique ‘Disc Type Coupling’ arrangement which requires very
less attention and can take larger misalignment.

AIR ACCESSORIES
Elgi has modern manufacturing facilities in India, China, France
and Italy equipped with advanced high precision grinding
machines,turning centres and CNC horizontal and vertical
machining centres. Screw air-ends are manufactured with the latest
rotor grinding machines, coupled with measurement technology to
maintain precise manufacturing tolerances.
