Kmc Villa is located in the coastal town of Mount Lavinia, which is just 12 kilometers south of<br />
central Colombo and 54 kilometers from the Bandaranaike International Airport. This property in<br />
Colombo is ideally situated to be easily reachable while remaining away from the congestion of<br />
the capital. Very close proximity to the main Galle road and eating places such as Burger King &<br />
Subway and choice of many other restaurants serving different cuisines. Shopping is at a walking<br />
distance with places like Odel & Arpico about 200m away. Beach access is less than 100m away<br />
and you can do your morning jog or just walking on the beach if that fancies you. Colombo Surf<br />
club is down the road as well.<br />
