be, they now have a coffee/wine
center with an
under-counter refrigerator.
On the other wall in

boot bench for convenient
storage.
The cabinetry that was
chosen is from Bertch
Kitchen and is made here
in the Midwest.
The darker wood base
cabinets and white upper
cabinets give the room an
updated transitional look.
The upper cabinets were
taken to the ceiling with
custom crown moulding.
White quartz countertops
and a white farm sink pull
the look together. With
a wave of the hand, the
Moen motion activated
faucet turns on and off.
The island serves as a
place to gather as well as
offering additional storage.
Back splash tile and
a custom piece above the
stove provide additional
interest.
The existing powder
room was converted into
a new walk-in pantry with
a barn door. The laundry
room was made more convenient
by moving it to the
second floor into an unused
space near the master
bedroom.
