Thanks to its expertise in web development,<br />
Sia Partners has developed<br />
its own chatbot interface. This web<br />
interface is linked by an API key to an<br />
automatic language processing engine,<br />
based on a pre-trained neural network. A<br />
knowledge base is built up, and links to<br />
other APIs can be made to provide dynamic<br />
answers.<br />
Therefore, the chatbot can understand<br />
and answer questions according to a series<br />
of parameters, as well as the context<br />
and the content found in the APIs to<br />
which it is linked.<br />
