activities: 1.The sale of alcohol between the hours of 1000 and<br />

0100 (the following day) Sunday to Thursday and between<br />

1000 and 0300 (the following day) Friday and Saturday. 2. The<br />

provision of regulated entertainment between the hours of 1000<br />

and 0100 (the following day) Sunday to Thursday and between<br />

1000 and 0300 (the following day) Friday and Saturday. 3. The<br />

provision of late night refreshment the hours of 2300 and 0130<br />

(the following day) Sunday to Thursday and between 2300 and<br />

0330 (the following day) Friday and Saturday. Any person or<br />

responsible authority (as defined by the Licensing Act 2003)<br />

may make representations to the Licensing Authority no later<br />

than 1 October 2018. Any representations made to the<br />

Licensing Authority must be in writing.<br />

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false<br />

statement in connection with an application and the<br />

maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary<br />

conviction for the offence is an unlimited fine.<br />
