Report of disorderly
conduct leads to two arrests
Lisa E. Abudayyeh, 19, of Oak Forest,
and Kobe Michael Schwartz, 20, of 171st St.
in Tinley Park, were arrested on Sept. 5 on
charges of possession of a controlled substance
and possession of cannabis more than
10 grams but less than 30 grams, respectively.
Schwartz was also charged for criminal
damage to property and disorderly conduct,
according to a Tinley Park Police Department
report. At approximately 3:21 p.m., an
officer was dispatched to the 16700 block of
Hillside Place in reference to a disorderly
conduct report. Police said the homeowner
advised a white male subject identified as
Schwartz and friends had been banging on
his door and had knocked over flower pots
while damaging a lighting fixture. The officer
located Schwartz in a vehicle with Abudayyeh
and another passenger near Schwartz
last known address. Schwartz denied any
involvement regarding the disorderly conduct
report. The officer reportedly smelled
an odor of cannabis emitting from the
vehicle and conducted a search of the vehicle
an occupants. A large bag of cannabis
Sept. 4
• Joanna Lynn Kenney, 44, of 177th St. in
Tinley Park, was arrested Sept. 4 on charges
of possession of a controlled substance. According
to a Tinley Park Police Department
report, at approximately 3 p.m., undercover
officers observed a vehicle traveling westbound
on 180th St. approaching Royal Oak
Court conduct a hand exchange with a male
in a residential driveway. Kenney was later
approached several blocks away by the officers
who reportedly observed an unmarked
bottle containing pills. The pills were reportedly
identified as a class two substance and
Kenney was placed into custody, though she
denied that the pills belonged to her. Felony
charges for possession of a controlled substance
were approved and she was also issued
a traffic citation for failure to signal
when required.
Sept. 3
