PRELIMINARYREQUIREMENTS
Candidatesarerequiredtohavehadrelevantprofessionalworkandpublicsocialactivitiesintheprevious
calendaryear.Candidatesmustbeover21yearsoldtobeconsidered.Candidatesmustberecognizablebythe
globalpublic,havealevelhighpopularityforoutstandingperformances,anddemonstratedadedicationto
socialresponsibility.Candidateswilnotbeconsiderediftheyhaveviolatedlaws.
STAGE 1:PRIMARYELECTION
Forthefirststage,500talentand100creativeworksareselectedasthefirstroundtobeanalyzedby
aninvestigativeorganization.
STAGE 2:SURVEY
Next,asatisfactionsurveyiscuratedfrom thelistofcelebritiesandworks,andisusedinstreet
interviewsoftheChinesepublicandonlinetoaggregatethepublic’sopinionsoneach
STAGE 3:FINALSELECTION
Theresponsesfrom thesurveystageareanalyzedandcompiledwithresponsesfrom aninternal
commiteeofindustryexperts.Theresultsofthisstagewildecidethewinnerofeachaward.
