AUTUMN IN MISSOULA
Temperatures are cooling, and the leaves are
starting to turn. It's Autumn in Missoula! Take
advantage of the cool weather to finish any
remaining Fall home projects on your list and
get out to explore the surrounding area!

DANCE-A-THON
Get your dance shoes on and moving
this weekend! MCT is hosting an eighthour
dance marathon fundraiser!
Dance enthusiasts of all ages are
welcome at the fundraiser which will
feature songs from the 1920s to
present day. There will be games,
costume contests, raffles, drawings,
and more at this wonderful event!
Dinner and snacks will be provided.
HAZWASTE DAYS 2018
The Missoula Valley Water Quality
District will be collecting
household hazardous waste this
Friday and Saturday at 9:00 am at
Missoula City Shops located at
1305 Scott Street. Accepted items
include paint thinner, flammable
liquids, aerosol paints, fertilizer,

FALL GATHERING
Head to the Moon-Randolph
Homestead's 18th Annual Fall
gathering this Saturday at 4:00
pm for a harvest feast! Enjoy
cider, beer, live music, dancing,
an apple pressing, and more!
The event is a fundraiser
celebrating Missoula's history,
and all proceeds will benefit the
Moon-Randolph Homestead.

MISSOULA BABY FAIR
Head to Caras Park this Saturday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm for The
Missoula Baby Fair, a FREE event for new and expectant parents! Visit
with local vendors and explore the many resources available for parents
throughout the day. The event will include a baby wearing-carrier fashion
show, silent auction, delicious food, sweet ice cream, and experienced
professionals on hand to answer any questions that you have! All of the
proceeds from the silent auction will benefit Healthy Foundations, a
program of the Watson Children's Shelter.
MONTANA WINE & BEER FESTIVAL
You won't want to miss the Missoula Beer and Wine Festival at the
Adams Center this Friday at 7:00 pm! Over 30 wine and beer vendors will
be present at the event, along with local food vendors. Tickets are only
$50, and all proceeds will benefit the student athlete scholarships at the
University of Montana. Delicious beer for a wonderful cause!
ERITREAN COFFEE CEREMONY
Soft Landing Missoula's Eritrean families will hold a traditional coffee
ceremony at the Greek Orthodox Church this Saturday at 9:00 am. Enjoy
traditional Himbasha bread and delicious coffee that will be roasted,
ground, and brewed fresh, just for you!
DIVA DAY 5K
The Diva Day 5K starts at the Community Medical Center Campus (on Fort
Missoula Road) this Saturday at 9:00 am! The race celebrates empowered
women throughout the Missoula area, and 20% of the race proceeds will
benefit YWCA Missoula's Pathways Program which provides support for
survivors of violence. The Run Wild Missoula event website states:
"Western Montana’s Divas are Resilient, Influential, Fierce, Confident,
Powerful, Determined, Strong, and Driven." We couldn't agree more!
