The Age Well CT initiative has garnered national
exposure and buy-in by several municipalities to
foster age-friendly communities.
Working with several stakeholders including
foundations, municipalities, and healthcare
organizations, SandorMax developed
the first of its kind website and online
resource center for seniors and caregivers
in Connecticut. In addition to development
of the website and comprehensive content
creation, we devised the strategy and marketing
collateral for educational outreach.

Collaborative is to improve patient outcomes
