WiMOD is powerful combination of “wired“<br />
MOD clients using monitors installed in the coach<br />
with a possibility to connect any passenger smart<br />
device via WiFi to the same server and to use<br />
the same media and entertainment content as<br />
“wired“ clients.<br />

content, popular movies, TV programmes and<br />
more and to receive parallelly information about<br />
the route and POIs around thanks to GPS based<br />
services running in the background.<br />
Wireless Multimedia System<br />
Streaming server is advanced WiFi MOD server suitable<br />
for large number of connected users. Thanks to its<br />
architecture & power 60 users or even more can connect<br />
simultaneously and to use all multimedia content, Internet<br />
WiFi access and other resources of this device. While<br />
passengers use rich multimedia content from the servers<br />
LBS (Location Based Services) running in background<br />
will inform them about the route, attractions around or<br />
any other relevant information. Streaming server can use<br />
large monitors installed in the vehicle for LBS and for<br />
advertisement playback.<br />
The latest version of Streaming server has integrated<br />
WiFi & LTE modules for easy installation & deployment.<br />
The media content stored on the server is protected by<br />
DRM access control technologies.<br />
