Using eLearning authoring tools, we use our tried-and-tested Alpha-Beta-Gold 

development process. We first design a proof of concept and prototype to ensure 

that the client is delighted with the design. At the same time, our content authors 

write course outlines, and then advance those into a series of storyboards. After 

approval from the client, we move through to Alpha-Beta-Gold versions of the course. 

We aim to meet our client’s expectations with smaller than 5% of changes at each stage.
