Experience guarantee terms & conditions<br />

The client enters into a standard monthly accountancy services agreement.<br />

The client can leave at any time during the 60-day experience guarantee period with no obligation by giving written notice by email.<br />

A direct debit form must be set up on sign up but the first direct debit payment will not be taken until the 60-day experience guarantee period has expired. <strong>Boox</strong> fees are<br />
payable monthly in arrears.<br />

Beyond the 60-day experience guarantee period, the contract is a rolling contract and to cancel the client must give 3 months notice as per the standard Terms and<br />
Conditions.<br />

If the client is switching to <strong>Boox</strong> from another provider, switching fees may be payable during the 60-day experience guarantee period.<br />

For <strong>Sole</strong> <strong>Trader</strong>s, if the client cancels their contract for accountancy services, <strong>Boox</strong> will cease its services. As the owner of the business, the client is responsible for all<br />
operations of their business and must ensure that all required personal tax returns are submitted.<br />

The 60-day guarantee is not applicable to public sector lite, payroll bureau, SME and adhoc services.
