Nathan Kinsella,<br />
Chief Executive Officer<br />
Nathan is highly focused in leading the business strategy<br />
of PayFast. A highly successful business leader & developer<br />
spanning clientele from various industries to political leaders.<br />
He also founded PNI-KMPG in 2003 and owned and operated<br />
several call centers in the United States creating revenues<br />
from $0 to $100M, making him one of the leaders in the call<br />
center business globally.<br />
In 2012 Mr. Kinsella was appointed as Chairman of<br />
Cardplatforms PH, where he launched the two largest<br />
card programs in the Philippines for China Union Pay.<br />
More recentlyMr. Kinsella founded iProfit Social, the<br />
Philippines leading social media optimization company.<br />
He also owns Appefize a digital services company with<br />
impressive clients including the Philippines Basketball<br />
Association.<br />
Nathan is also actively involved in humanitarian efforts & has<br />
also been profiled in Forbes, CNN & other significant news<br />
outlets for both his business work and philanthropic efforts.<br />
Mr. Kinsella attended Brigham Young University-Idaho.

Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer<br />
Carmen is leading the strategic planning down to execution<br />
of PayFast solutions. A prolific global market influencer from<br />
financial and technology brands such as Bank of Montreal<br />
Mastercard, BlackBerry and EE.<br />
She has the pulse of the market and believes in being glocal<br />
(being able to depict both local and global views) and<br />
thoughtfully apply them to marketing activities.<br />
She specializes in growing customer volume and value<br />
resulting in significant revenue increase. Carmen takes<br />
pride in providing creative direction and uses multi-faceted<br />
conceptual thinking, having gained these capabilities from<br />
multi-continents. She creates a high performing culture<br />
and make companies profitable.<br />

Simon Greatwich,<br />
Chief Relationship Officer<br />
Simon facilitates the on-going development of new and<br />
beneficial relationships for PayFast. He is committed to<br />
creating value mutually across all stakeholders.<br />
A successful entrepreneur and founder of Greatwich<br />
Academy, Simon has a knack for identifying profitable<br />
business ventures and establishing relationships. He has<br />
employed several football coaches and very passionate in<br />
delivering transferrable skills set to students. Furthermore,<br />
Simon is committed to improving youth football in the<br />
Philippines by bringing best in class training.
