Images<br />
The price of purchasing images or custom photography<br />
is additional. All image purchases will be agreed upon<br />
with the client in advance. We only provide licensed<br />

Copywriting<br />
Copy is to be supplied by the client; therefore we have<br />
not quoted for it. Should additional copy be required<br />
we will be happy to provide a quote.<br />
Additional Work<br />
Timescale<br />
We would anticipate the project taking 4 - 6 weeks to<br />
complete. The exact speed of design & development will be<br />
affected by client turnaround times. We do respect your<br />
deadline and will do everything in our power to get your<br />
website published before that date.<br />
Source Files &<br />
Copyright<br />
Client will own all source files including their copyrights as<br />
defined in agreement. No royalty fees will need to be paid<br />
to Merkley Marketing Group for their use. Upon completion<br />
and Client’s approval of Client’s Website, Client will be<br />
furnished with a current back up of the website in addition<br />
to WordPress admin & user access information.<br />
Our billing rate is $120.00 2 per hour for future website<br />
updates or work beyond the scope of this proposal.<br />
