Best Face Oil
This safe, stable oil belongs in your skincare routine.
There are many good oils you
can have on the skin
but only one that is natural to your skin
SQUALANE
Squalane is * Non-Comedogenic: and offers a silky, smooth and
elegant texture, without oily, heavy after feeling,!
On many fine skin care products it is Non-Comedogenic. But what does Non-Comedogenic
mean? The easiest and shortest explanation would well be, does not clog pores. A Non-
Comedogenic product thus does not induce blackheads
It's no secret that I'm cautious
about oils.
While most of them make great moisturizers, they're
simply NOT stable enough for me to consider putting
them on my face (or in my body).
This is why I've been recommending coconut oil, a
saturated fat, for a while now. However, I'm happy
to be introducing you to another option that I think is
just as good—maybe even better. Squalane oil!
In this article, you will learn:
✓ Why most face oils are actually harming your
skin
✓ The case for moisturizing with saturated oils
✓ The benefits of squalane oil
✓ How to incorporate squalane oil into your
routine
SQUALANE IS ONE OF THE FEW SAFE, SATURATED FACE OILS ON THE MARKET.
Why Most Face Oils are Aging
I know it's hard to believe, but the truth is, most face
oils on the market are doing your skin more harm than
good.
There are two types of oils:
Saturated Oils
Saturated oils have single bonds within their fatty acid
chains. This makes them very stable and resistant to
attack by free radicals. They have a high melting point
and will not easily go rancid
Unsaturated Oils
Unsaturated oils have at least one double bond within
their fatty acid chains. The more double bonds, the
less stable the oil.
• Monounsaturated oils contain one double
bond.
• Polyunsaturated oils contain multiple
double bonds. This makes them extremely
susceptible to free radical attack. They
easily go rancid (spontaneously oxidizing)
when they are exposed to heat and
oxygen.
Sadly, most face oils on store shelves are the latter
type, polyunsaturated. Think: rose hip oil, almond
oil, argan oil, sunflower oil, and so on. If you
remove them thoroughly, they're okay to cleanse
with. And they may do a fine job of moisturizing...
but you should know that they are ALSO oxidizing
like crazy on your skin—yes, even when you've just
opened a fresh bottle
Why Squalane Is the Best Face Oil
This safe, stable oil belongs in your skincare routine.
I recommend avoiding these polyunsaturated oils at all costs, to avoid aging
your skin prematurely. They are involved in the production of age
pigmentation, and are especially dangerous if you expose your face to sunlight.
When they interact with UV radiation, it causes damage at the cellular level.
It's really unfortunate that the beauty industry—whether due to ignorance or
financial interests or both—persists on marketing these oils as "safe" and
"beneficial." Thankfully, we now have the ability to choose safer, saturated oils
instead. Like squalane!
What is Squalane Oil?
Squalane oil is created when squalene oil (note the "e") undergoes
hydrogenation processing.
That turns the squalene from an unsaturated oil into a saturated one.
In fact, squalane is a 100 percent saturated oil, which makes it even
MORE stable than coconut oil (which is around 80 to 90 percent
saturated fat).
Where does the squalene come from before processing? Although it's produced naturally by our bodies, it
can also be found in plants, which is where beauty companies extract it from. Because of its double bond
structure, squalene goes rancid quickly, making it a poor choice for a skincare oil. That's why you so rarely
see it in beauty products (AVOID it if you do!), and why it needs to be hydrogenated to create squalane.
Squalane vs. Squalene
Okay, I know these two oils can get confusing, so
I'll just summarize the difference once more:
Squalene oil: An unsaturated oil. It's produced
by our own sfsdfsdfsdfs skin cells, and also found in olives,
sugarcane, wheat germ, rice bran, palm trees
and shark liver. (Note: It's no longer common to
extract it from shark liver.) As an unsaturated
oil, squalene is unstable and goes rancid fast.
Squalane oil: A saturated oil. It is formed when
squalene undergoes hydrogenation processing,
which turns it into a stable, fully saturated oil
with a long shelf life.

4. PROVEN PERFORMANCE
5. PEACE OF MIND INGREDIENT
Squalane, whilst not so bountiful in plants as it is in shark's liver, can
be found in many vegetable oils. It is also found in human sebaceous
secretions, as a precursor of cholesterol. In humans, squalane levels
peak in our early 20s and then decline very rapidly. Highly refined
squalane from olive demonstrates the most notable squalane
characteristic: its ability to completely and rapidly penetrate the skin.
Astaxanthin
Active Ingredient and A High-power Antioxidant
Extracted from the marine microalgae haematococcus pluvialis, the
richest known source of Astaxanthin.
A highly powerful antioxidant
*550 times stronger than vitamin E
*800 times more powerful than CoQ10
*6000 times more potent thanvitamin C
*500 times more powerful than catechins found ingreen tea.
What is Astaxanthin?
Astaxanthin is a carotenoid and a powerful antioxidant, found in micro algae. Carotenoids are
organic pigments produced by plants and it is this red pigment that gives the pink color to shrimp,
krill, salmon, red trout, crabs, and lobsters, who eat the algae and then absorb the astaxanthin.
Astaxanthin is a potent, lipid-soluble antioxidant, many times more effective (on a per molecule
basis) than vitamin E, the best known natural lipid-soluble antioxidant. Astaxanthin is particularly
impressive for your skin due to the fact that it never becomes a pro-oxidant, meaning that it
protects our cells against oxidation and keeps your skin young and rejuvinated.
Properties
Astaxanthin has been shown in clinical studies to increase skin moisture, moisture retention,
elasticity, as well as promote skin smoothness, decreasing fine lines and wrinkles. It has UV-blocking
properties, which helps to assist the skin in protecting itself against sun-related damage such as dark
spots on your skin. Astaxanthin can neutralize multiple free radicals at once, protecting your skin
and body from oxidation, damage, and inflammation and Astaxanthin has been proven to increase
blood flow, meaning that it will help your skin to have better circulation. Increased circulation has
various benefits, including increased cell turnover, amplified elasticity, and increased water
retention.
Benefits of Astaxanthin
Astaxanthin helps reduce moisture loss, promote smoothness, and elicit cellular renewal. Analyses
have shown that astaxanthin is also an efficient absorber of specific ultraviolet sunlight rays that
may contribute to skin aging and cancer.
These properties make astaxanthin a strong benefit to topical skin care formulations.
COPPERPETIDE
IN ADDITION TO PROMOTING THE GROWTH OF COLLAGEN AND ELASTIN
Our copper peptide is carefully selected and is a natural type
Good For:
Overall skin health,
oxidative stress
Skin Types:
Normal to dry skin types
The anti-aging benefits of copper peptides are also due to their
ability to promote the production of glycosaminoglycans like
hyaluronic acid. These substances are found in the connective
tissue and fluids in the human body and become depleted with
age.
If you haven’t heard about the use of peptides in skincare products, we're going to tell you
what you’ve been missing. Peptides have come a long way and the new research about how
they benefit skin is remarkable. Some of the information out there is overblown, but other
aspects of peptides for skin deserve your attention. Here's the facts versus fictio
As a reminder (because it's so important), when peptides are blended with antioxidants, skinsoothing
ingredients, and skin-replenishing ingredients they can address multiple signs of aging
and you will love the results! We have combinate Astaxanthin and c vitamin for the best result.
All over the world, laboratories have confirmed that human tri-peptide GHK-Cu contributes to a
profusion of genetic activities that include:
1. Beginning of wound healing
2. Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects
3. Regulation of immune cells
4. Promotion of blood vessels growth
5. Stimulation of collagen besides their aptitude for repair and restoration of irradiated fibroblasts to
their original undamaged form.
Most dermatologists do not recommend giving up other skin care treatments for the sole copper
peptides. More traditional-style treatments, such as vitamin C and vitamin A, may also have their
benefits. However, it is generally thought that adding copper peptides to a skin care routine can help
make this regime much more effective.
Copper peptide may be helpful for skin recovering from treatment as a chemical peel
RETINOL
IN ADDITION TO PROMOTING THE GROWTH OF COLLAGEN AND ELASTIN
Our copper peptide is carefully selected and is a natural type
Good For:
Overall skin health,
oxidative stress
Skin Types:
Normal to dry skin types
What is it?
Retinol is simply another name for vitamin A. It’s a type of retinoid,
the family of chemical compounds related to vitamin A. Other
retinoids include: retinoic acid (also known as tretinoin), retinyl
palmitate, and retinaldehyde, all of which can be found in skincare
products.
We use a Natural Retinol oil soluble (Sytenol®):
Sytenol® A is the first natural alternative to retinol without having any of the negatives associated with
retinol. It is photochemically and hydrolytically stable, so it can be used during the day.
Multiple comparative studies revealed Sytenol®
A to be a true alternative to retinol. It modulates retinoid binding and metabolizing genes, significantly
improves multiple dermal and dermo-epidermal junction genes/proteins, and is a Collagen I, III & IV
stimulator. This product provides hydration by up-regulating synthesis of hyaluronic acid and
aquaporin 3.
Sytenol® A is clinically proven to reduce multiple signs of aging: significant reduction in roughness and
dryness as well as fine lines and wrinkles. It also improves skin tone, elasticity, firmness, radiance, and
brightness.
What does it do?
When retinol and other retinoids come into contact with skin, enzymes in the body convert the retinol
into retinoic acid, the active form of the vitamin, according to Dr. Linder. This is the special sauce that
goes to work on skin cells in a variety of helpful ways. Namely, retinoic acid works to increase cell
turnover, stimulate collagen and elastin production, fade hyperpigmentation, and help skin stay
hydrated and glowing without irritation. Thanks to all this healthy turnover, retinol can treat and
prevent everything from stubborn cystic acne and eczema to sun-induced wrinkles and dark spots.
Can one retinol product do double-duty against acne and wrinkles?
“Regardless of the reason for using a retinoid, all of the benefits will be apparent,” says Linder. You may
reap some of the wrinkle-fighting benefits from a product designed to treat acne, and vice-versa. But
take note: You may not see equal improvement on both counts. “These medications are often only
marketed and approved to treat certain conditions, so the use for other conditions would be
considered ‘off label,’” says Dr. Linder. (But it’s sure nice to know that regular use of a retinoid acne
cream—like the aforementioned Differin—could help stave off a premature wrinkle or two.)
If you date plant oils in your skincare routine, get ready to get
engaged to 100% Plant-Derived Squalane now available from The
SQUALANE.SE. Squalane may sound like a boring thing but it
actually is a simple thing that does so much for skin and hair that
we can just go on and on without end. It is a natural hydrocarbon
that is present in the skin, helping to prevent loss of hydration and
to improve suppleness. Unlike plant oils, Squalane is completely
non-greasy, is exceptionally pure and stays stable in varying UV,
temperature and oxidative conditions. Its non-comedogenic
emollience hydrates while improving visible elasticity and texture.
If you use it on your hair, it offers heat protection, stops moisture
loss and prevents breakage. We basically use it everywhere.
A tiny bit goes a long long way! Very moisturizing and
doesn't clog my pores ( I'm very prone to that) It works
beautifully under the ordinary serum foundation but I
could tell that with some foundations this might not work
well. If that's the case maybe just use it at night. You do
have to put it on (like I said TINY amount) and let it absorb
for a minute before other makeup application. Well worth
it though.
Amazing moisturiser which goes on evenly and leaves skin
feeling soft plus with no tightness. It does take a while to
sink in so not great under make=up in the morning. This
has improved the texture of my skin and helped with both
the dry patches on my skin and oiliness around my nose.
Amazing, especially for the price..
as good as the very expensive products I was using
before. Thanks Deciem so glad I found you!
I really love this as a moisturizer. I've been doing dermarolling
and high frequency facial treatments so my skin
has been leaning toward the drier side and has been a bit
flaky. I was worried that this would cause breakouts on
my skin as the rose hip seed oil did. However, this hasn't
clogged my pores at all. It definitely has the texture of an
oil, but it absorbs much better than any oil I've tried. I'd
say if you need something to really moisturize and you
have acne-prone skin this is a good bet for you. Also, a
little goes a long way!
SUPER Love this produkt!!!
After using this for 3 weeks this product has definitely reached holy grail status for me I love this so much. jillivne
This is so true... it's certainly not like the normal oil and it really makes your skin feel so hydrated.I am totally in love
with this product! Can we make this into a lip balm or lip oil treatment? It feels amazing on the lips. ❤
