corporate speaker, performer and TV personality

with a renowned reputation for helping

organisations work more effectively.

His mind-reading and mentalist

skills impress and baffle worldwide

audiences making his entertainment and

keynotes unforgettable. David always

guarantees a highly energetic, fun and

engaging session. In his keynote session,

GrowHow: Leading for Motivation,

working on the same territory, in the

same office, with the same portfolio, but

achieving dramatically different results.

Darren Shirlaw

Mathematician and ex-Funds Manager,

Darren Shirlaw is renowned for his economic

forecasting and ability to predict recessions.

In his keynote session, Forecasting the

Future, Darren will deep-dive into what

each estate agency should do about the

future. Combining insight into financial and

policy worlds, with management strategy,

Malcolm Smith

Malcolm has always believed in the power of

people above systems and that true leadership

is about developing business environments

that create wealth. His prime focus is on how

energy is used in a transaction, whether this be

a presentation, sales pitch or negotiation.

His background of science and marketing

within industrial groups gives him a unique

insight into how businesses transact

and develop. Robust and pragmatic in

his approach, Malcolm always ensures

that the people he works with have the

right level of challenge and support to

make changes and deliver more, both for

themselves and their businesses.

We look forward to welcoming each of our impressive

keynote speakers to this year’s Conference.

Through the proven principles of

“growing our people” he explores the

latest evidence behind high-performing

teams and organisations and shows how

to inspire and excite to maximise their

commercial results. Using his experience

working with some of the world’s most

successful businesses he will prove that

excellence is possible even in the toughest

climates, and that finding and retaining

the best people ultimately comes down to

one key leadership competency. David will

also be hosting a Workshop Session.

Darren will address the economy for the

next one, two and five years and make

predictions on how Brexit will impact the

UK property market, as well as what a

post-Brexit Britain will look like.

In his keynote session, Negotiating

Value, Malcolm will explore value

propositions and help you to understand

your company’s value propositions. He

will develop themes around the correct

language to maintain value during

a negotiation and the negotiation

framework that can be prepared,

leading to aspirational pricing. Malcolm
