The validation Objective In initiating a consulting engagement, you will want to validate your understanding of the client, their needs, their culture & the overall environment that they operate within. Instructions Assessment criteria 1. Review the course material 2. Open the questionnaires found on our class Moodle page. There will be multiple parts to help guide you through your proposal. 3. Complete & submit all questionnaires. You will receive a confirmation email along with a link to a formatted Google document. 4. Update your proposal within the Google document file. This file will form the basis of your submission. 5. Review feedback from your class teacher. This will be found on our class Moodle page 6. Sign off your receipt & understanding of the feedback given. Again this will be done through our class Moodle page. Assessment Criteria Analyse information and data about the organisation and develop an organisation development plan including: agreed objectives change management and communications strategies identified roles Explain how to maximise participation in and support for organisation development including strategies or techniques for: change management consultation evaluating the process and outcomes generating ideas and options managing conflict and resolving problems Explain the impact of legislation on organisational development and change List aspects of organisation culture that can affect organisation development and explain how to address them in planning and implementation.. list aspects of organisation culture that can affect organisation development and explain how to address them in planning and implementation.
