Manufacturing in the UK since 1913 the Moore family ethos of innovation & quality continues to drive everything we do.<br />
Nestled in the heart of Sheffield the ‘Steel City’, we were originally founded to manufacture handles for it’s world renowned cutlery. We always sought out<br />
the latest materials to produced products demanded by specific markets, either on our own account or in close collaboration with trusted partners.<br />
By the middle of the century new polymers had started to become available and we became one of the first injection moulders in England. With determination<br />
and expertise the company quickly established itself as specialists in engineering-grade work.<br />
Towards the end of the 1970’s we used this expertise and started designing and manufacturing our own range of professional hand tools. It was at this<br />
time that we produced the world first 2-piece polymer shovel.<br />
Now, nearly 50 years later, we still produce many bespoke products for quality-conscious customers, but it is for our pioneering work in product design,<br />
material development and quality that we are now especially noted.<br />
This expertise is proudly displayed throughout the unique products that make-up ‘The complete stable & yard system’.<br />
