standard and will reflect any established corporate
identity and branding

Additional Information
Images
The price of purchasing images or custom photography
is additional. All image purchases will be agreed upon
with the client in advance. We only provide licensed
photographs.
Copywriting
Copy is to be supplied by the client; therefore we have
not quoted for it. Should additional copy be required
we will be happy to provide a quote.
Additional Work
Timescale
We would anticipate the project taking 4 - 6 weeks to
complete. The exact speed of design & development will be
affected by client turnaround times. We do respect your
deadline and will do everything in our power to get your
website published before that date.
Source Files &
Copyright
Client will own all source files including their copyrights as
defined in agreement. No royalty fees will need to be paid
to Merkley Marketing Group for their use. Upon completion
and Client’s approval of Client’s Website, Client will be
furnished with a current back up of the website in addition
to WordPress admin & user access information.
Our billing rate is $120.00 2 per hour for future website
updates or work beyond the scope of this proposal.
