<strong>COCREATE</strong> is a company driven to produce profits for their investors and the<br />

real estate stakeholders, as well as to positively impact people, communities,<br />

the environment and add value wherever they are. <strong>COCREATE</strong> believes each<br />

person was born to create and to relate.<br />

<strong>COCREATE</strong> creates spaces for co-working that does more than just provide a<br />

great place to work. They develop community, care for those who come across<br />

their path, give to those in need, are attentive to the hurting, establish places<br />

where creating can occur and are passionate to assist their employees and<br />

members to use their gifts as they were wired to from birth.<br />

One of <strong>COCREATE</strong>’s goal is to assist faith organizations to exist in locales that<br />

might otherwise be too expensive, activate its space, bring people to its<br />

location and realize revenue. <strong>COCREATE</strong> does this by partnering with<br />

churches and other organizations to get space where they want to be.<br />

<strong>COCREATE</strong>’s goal is to be the best servant in the collaborative workspace<br />

industry and to develop a network of spaces. Through this network, we hope to<br />

bring together freelancers, businesses from small to large, entrepreneurs,<br />

creatives, founders, experts and more to inspire collaboration and innovation.<br />

<strong>COCREATE</strong> or its member institutions may be created without adhering<br />
