Travel: Delegates remain responsible for all their own travel costs and arrangements.<br />
Delegates: Only named and registered delegates may participate in the event. All delegates are responsible for their own insurance (including, but not limited to, travel, personal effects,<br />

Cancellation: The delegate shall not cancel this Agreement at any time except with the express written agreement of the Organiser. No refund shall be made 28 days or fewer ahead of the<br />
