White Christmas Program
The “White Christmas” program at First Baptist Church assists community members in the Winchester area with
special needs at Christmas time. Typically, we provide families with boxes of food, as well as toys and clothing for
children in the household.
We encourage members of our church family to make referrals to our program. You are our eyes and ears in the
community. Perhaps you have a neighbor, friend, or family member struggling with finances this year who would
benefit from our assistance. We are trying to reach persons who are not likely to solicit or receive assistance from
other organizations. Referrals, “adoptions,” and deliveries will be handled with the utmost discretion.
If you would like to refer someone, speak to a member of the White Christmas Committee. Members of the
White Christmas Committee are Susan Jones, Kim Ball, and Jae Hinson. PLEASE make your referrals
by November 4 so we will have time to adequately plan for their needs.
