SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE<br />

After wondering for years how to put<br />

my innate understanding of<br />

human reactions and emotions (also<br />

known as empathy) to good use in<br />

business, I realized I was utilizing it all<br />

along. Anyone can learn to design<br />

something digitally; take a course<br />

and develop a skill-set an employer<br />

needs for a company’s brochures and<br />

mail-outs. Empathy, however, can’t be<br />

taught. Empathy is something a<br />

human is either born with in great<br />

quantities, or with very little.<br />

I was born with enough to be able to<br />

hear and listen to what a client wants<br />

when their design language is limited,<br />

and deliver something that is truly<br />

inspiring to client and customer alike.<br />

In me, you get a designer that<br />

understands humans, design, and how<br />

they work together to illicit<br />

emotion and a true brand experience.<br />
