I feared that with so many recipes in the book, it would be difficult that the author has some recipes<br />

that would look and taste alike, but I was extremely surprised. The low carb rules are followed<br />

completely, and the variety in recipes was immense. There are great low carb recipes included for many<br />

main meals, but also low carb recipes for lunches, breakfasts, snacks and even some cold bake cakes.<br />

Additionally, I found the extra addition of slow cooker and one pot recipes incredibly useful. I have had a<br />

slow-cooker for long time, but used it very rarely. I now have found a reason to dig it out every now and<br />

then for some delicious low carb slow cooked meals.<br />

The recipes in the <strong>Low</strong> <strong>Carb</strong> 30 Minute Meals cookbook vary in difficulty and all the recipes takes under<br />

30 minutes to make (excluding the slow cooker meals of course, they take a few hours although you<br />

don’t have to do anything yourself after the prep time!). The recipes also use a variety of ingredients. I<br />

especially loved the vegetarian category because I often used to overlook vegetarian meals.


What Could Be Better?<br />

Following a diet can be tough! This cookbook go into deep straight away, which could be difficult for<br />

some readers. That being said, the books recipes are shared into 12 categories ranging from full meals to<br />

little snacks. Those having difficulties sticking to the low carb diet should may check out some of the<br />

other categories first.<br />

This book is so comprehensive that we feel it deserves a hardcover available in many book stores around<br />

the globe. The author has acknowledged that many readers feel this way, but unfortunately releasing a<br />

hardcover book would make the book too expensive for most. We are still hoping the author changes<br />

her mind. This book would look great on any cooking books shelf!<br />

cookbook is easy to use with all recipes divided into categories and the recipes themselves look<br />

recommend anyone to take a look at this because at $27 price tag, I believe it’s a real deal. It really is<br />

one of the best low carb recipe books I’ve come across!<br />
