TBG is issued by a bank for the client to bid a tender<br />
in favor of developer to secure financial risk in case<br />
of failure in contract terms.<br />

1. The client will submit the copy of tender<br />
document and contractual agreement to BWT.<br />
2. Once the documents have been received, BWT<br />
will do due diligence to review the transaction<br />
between the developer and contractor and inform<br />
them if the TBG request is approved or rejected.<br />

3. BWT will ask the client to sign the service<br />
agreement upon the approval of TBG request. Will<br />
inform them also regarding the admin charges to<br />
start work on TBG transaction.<br />
4. Once the service agreement has been signed by<br />
both parties, BWT will ask the client to submit<br />
required documents and inform them of TBG<br />
issuance fee charges.<br />
5. Upon receipt of TBG issuance fee charges and<br />
required documents, BWT will instruct their bank to<br />
issue the required <strong>Tender</strong> <strong>Bond</strong> <strong>Guarantee</strong>.<br />
