There is a large central town square<br />

some time in Minehead then return by train to<br />

Shakespeare visit his cottage and that<br />

of his wife who was born nearby. Many<br />

attractions in the town including an<br />

amazing butterfl y farm in due season.<br />

Then on to Warwick where this town is<br />

bursting with interesting places to visit.<br />

These include the castle which was built<br />

and occupied by William the Conquerer<br />

almost one thousand years ago. A street<br />

market dates back to medieval times<br />

and there are many very old buildings to<br />

explore or admire.<br />

with caves a number of which can be<br />

explored. The gorge is regarded as one<br />

of the fi nest natural wonders in Britain. The<br />

nearby city of Wells boasts both attractive<br />

streets and buildings which house many<br />

quaint and interesting shops. The twin<br />

towered cathedral is well worth a visit<br />

and the grounds surrounding it are most<br />

attractive.
