The WellMe Health Upgrade is going to be epic! We’ve rammed more toys<br />

than a toy box into a six-week mindset, exercise and nutrition programme.<br />

This is our invitation to you! Grab reception, Finance, marketing I.T Sales,<br />

HR, SLT and get your companies health upgraded.<br />

Mindset, attitude and motivation are the keys to manifesting long-term<br />

success with your health journey. We’ve stacked our social schedule<br />

with downloads and live Q&A, to guide your day-to-day. The weekend<br />

workshops are where the magic happens! You’ll unlock your potential and<br />

fill your mental toolbox with the Wellme’s stress management entourage.<br />

The foundations of the programme are built on metabolic health and<br />

exercise. Our Recal nutrition program continues to produce exceptional<br />

results and our reciprocal exercise programs will allow everyone to<br />

become a stronger, fitter, faster more flexible version of themselves.<br />

The onboarding week starts with your own private launch. You’ll complete<br />

the pre-programme health screen with our 3D imagery scanner, Nutrition<br />

workshop and Tepid baths tailored programme tutorials.<br />

Who are we? We are an army of health professional dedicated to<br />

improving employees’ health at work. We’ve been working hard,<br />

challenging the status quo for the last two years to transform health<br />

wellbeing culture in New Zealand.<br />

Our goal is to support organisations wellness programmes by providing<br />

real-time health metrics, access New Zealand’s finest health professionals<br />

and marquee health resources. A health upgrade is a fresh approach<br />

to wellness, We’re about mental wellbeing as much we are about the<br />

Onboard - The onsite launch will provide a detailed<br />

overview of the program and the scheduling in<br />

conjunction with The Recal nutrition workshop.<br />

Fit3d screens will run throughout the week at the<br />

Edison clinic in parnell and training programme<br />

tutorials will be running at Tepid baths.<br />

Mindset - Join the facebook page for rammed<br />

schedule of wrap around support: How to<br />

stay motivated, traning tips, recovery tips, live<br />

Q&A and not to mention our open Saturday<br />

workshops down at West Haven Marina.<br />

Movement - Every week will contain one private<br />

group trainer session at Tepid Baths that focuses<br />

on the technical aspects of movement. Alternate<br />

days we'll down at the Wellme GymBox creating a<br />

fitness festival from sun up to sun down with two<br />

workout areas, onsite coffee and plenty of parking.<br />

The Final Wrap - The wrap up will consist of<br />

re-testing your health baselines to provide<br />

your individual health reports. We'll be giving<br />

prizes away for the most attendance, individual<br />

company MVP's, and spots prizes down at the<br />

GymBox final Saturday.<br />

We use the latest technology to bring you live comprehensive biometric<br />

results that cover muscle mass, body fat%, postural analysis, foot balance,<br />

hip to waist ratio, blood pressure - all on your own private dashboard.<br />

The test itself is performed on a 3D imagery scanner developed by the<br />

same company that builds Dexa scanners used in hospitals across the<br />

world to measure bone density. The beauty of the Fit3D is the platform.It<br />

is constantly being redeveloped to improve user experience with easy-tounderstand<br />

timeline tracking, pre/post comparisons and increased<br />

accuracy of the algorithm. Perfect when you want know how effective<br />

your lifestyle, nutrition and exercise programme is going.<br />

Health Testing - Pre/Post<br />

In the corporate world where everything is measured by R.O.I, truancy,<br />

productivity, retention, data forms a key component of any health<br />

programme. Fit3D allows us to measure biometric health quickly and<br />

accurately. The testing is brought to site as part of your private launch<br />

session and takes approximately 10 mins to complete. Your full health<br />

report is live for you to review within 12 mins on your own private<br />

dashboard.<br />

Recal - Onboarding<br />

To kick things off we start your nutrition and lifestyle component with<br />

your own private onsite seminar, hosted by our rockstar nutritionist Sean<br />

Robertson. The Recal framework focuses on healing your metabolism<br />

and getting your body’s biochemsistry working as it should. The result...<br />

weight loss, high and consistent energy, good sleep, mental focus, clear<br />

skin, even epic mental health! Making you feel happier and more confident<br />

from a chemical level up!<br />

The framework focuses on your hormonal response to food, rather than<br />

counting calories (that way of doing things is old school). We give you the<br />

clear guidelines and keep your questions answered with weekly Q&A with<br />

Sean so you stay on form.<br />

Team Wellme have a wealth of experience helping people to discover how<br />

to become the best version of themselves. Our strategy for the Health<br />

upgrade will be to provide a weekly digital mindset menu that you can opt<br />

in out of to help overcome emotional interference, stay motivated, build<br />

resilience and maintain momentum towards crushing your goals.<br />

To top it off every Saturday we’ll have a open workshop with the Wellme<br />

stress management team in a Wellme “ted talks” format down at outdoor<br />

fitness arena. Each week we’ll focus on a new topic: finding your why,<br />

overcoming stress response, practicing meditation, mindfulness, gratitude.<br />

All to support your mental game on the road to becoming stronger,<br />

healthier version of yourself inside and out!<br />

LOVE being outdoors? Well we have the spot for you. The GYMBOX will be set up the<br />

grass down just off Curran St looking back on the beautiful Waitemata Harbour across<br />

to Chelsea sugar factory.<br />

The box is fitted with a Crossfit rig, ski ergs, rowers, air bikes, battle ropes, kettle bells,<br />

sandbags, TRX, mats, drinks fridge and has full audio and media capability we can<br />

even do night training with lighting rig.. Its higher grade of training that allows for<br />

multi level approach while reaping the benefits of being outside in a<br />

NZ summer.<br />

We’ll be hitting Tuesday/Thursday sets each week and finishing with<br />

a big Saturday team set to wrap up each week up. Look out for guest training<br />

appearances along the way to from Dave Letele aka the “Brown Butterbean”.<br />

Under pinning the program will be the iconic Tepid baths fitness centre.<br />

We’ve teamed up with Auckland Council to not only give you access to the<br />

gym for the duration of project but make sure your well looked after the<br />

exercise specialists will be available once a week for your team own private<br />

group session.<br />

TECHNIQUE is everything in exercise so we’ve prepared training programs,<br />

training diaries, and the trainers to ensure you’re on the right program and<br />

level for your goal. Mechanics, body position, tempo, breathing will all be<br />

the focus of our gym work. Your gym work should improve your physiology<br />

so you become a healthier mover.<br />

The subtle art of RECOVERY is the key to longevity, each week we’ll bring<br />

into focus one important aspect e.g. active recovery to reduce muscle and<br />

joint soreness, sleep rituals for phycological and physiological regeneration,<br />

Joint specific mobility and are own little gem hot cold therapy to speed up<br />

repair and improve performance.<br />

Camp mum will be all over the social schedule<br />

and day to day of health upgrade programme.<br />

The Guru. <strong>Get</strong> ready to go deep into your own self<br />

talk and remove some emotional road blocks that<br />

have been holding you back. My L.A.Bs are straight<br />

of the top draw of the NZRU and are designed to<br />

improve mental performance.<br />

How much will it cost?<br />

Early bird $399 per head 19th Nov - 21st Dec<br />

General $499 per head 21st Dec – 21st Jan<br />

How to pay?<br />

Payment can be received by individual payment (credit card or bank deposit).<br />

Company sponsored teams will be issued invoice upon request.<br />

All payments must be paid in full before start date of 21st Jan.<br />

What are the minimum project requirements?<br />

This is an ambitious project! We’re are going all out to shift the health dial<br />

for 200 people on this project. In order to do so we will need ensure we get<br />

to our minimum activation number of 200 for this event. If we fail to achieve<br />

this, we refund the full amount, tuck our tail between our legs and give it<br />

another go later.<br />

How long is the Health Upgrade?<br />

Seven weeks in total including one week of on-boarding and six weeks of<br />

health journey to kick start 2019 in style!<br />

What do I receive?<br />

• 7 weeks open pass to Tepid Baths and a weekly private team session<br />

Step Two: There is only a maximum of 25 team spots available however<br />

some companies will be participating with larger numbers. To secure your<br />

companies spot be sure to register your team when full registration opens on<br />

the 19th of November. All expressions of interest will receive first invitations<br />

to register.<br />

Step Three: Prepare for launch week, 21st January 2019 the project kicks off.<br />

Team leaders will be well prepared via Wellme event staff to complete project<br />

onboarding, nutrition workshop, health testing and personalised exercise<br />

program tutorials.<br />
